Bulk suction machine and pneumatic bulk handling systems are pneumatic handling equipments used by bulk carriers (ship or vehicles) for unloading powder and granular materials. 　　The bulk suction machine is composed of suction nozzle, pneumatic suction arm, separate unloading device, Roots blower (vacuum pump) and electrical control system. Materials can be sent into bulk warehouse directly or by means of handling machines. The pneumatic handling systems are made up of negative pressure pneumatic handling equipments (such as suction nozzle, pneumatic suction arm, separate unloading device, Roots blower or vacuum pump) and positive pressure pneumatic handling equipments (such as tank pump, combinated pump, air compressor, etc.) as well as electrical control system. 　　The working mode goes like this: the Roots blower generates negative pressure (vacuum pump) and mix the material with certain amount of air through suction nozzle. The mixed material is sent into the separator through the handling channel on the suction arm. Upon separation, the material falls into handling machines for sending out or getting into the positive pressure handling equipments. Then the air compressor generates positive pressure and sends material into bulk warehouse through handling channel. The air separated from the material is exhausted out through the upper part of the separator and pumped into atmosphere by Roots blower (vacuum pump). 　　The characteristics of the product are as follows: 　　1. Material can be sucked and unloaded at various points. Flexible allocation is available for equipments and channels with less area. Major equipments can be installed outdoors. 　　2. The structures of equipments are simple and compact with less mechanical drive components and easy-damaging components. 　　3. Dust can be effectively prevented because material is handled in closed channels, thus improving environmental protection and working conditions. 　　4. High degree of automation and continuous production. 　　5. Lower labour intensity with less amount of labour. 　　6. Easy operation, management and maintenance. 　　7. The characteristics of the electrical control system: 　　　 (1) The system is started by Roots blower. The latest products of ATS series produced by Schneider, a French company, are adopted. The greatest advantage of the product is that the control moment starts according to certain slope rules. The start-up current is only 60% of the rated current. 　　　 (2) The working current of the electric motor is stable, reliable and matches the vacuum pressure of blowers with world-class automation. 　　　 (3) Suction and handling devices are automatically controlled with programmable controller produced by Omron and other components manufactured by Schneider. 　　　 (4) The automation of finished product and the electrical reliability and stability meet international standards. 　　This product is widely used in such industries as construction materials (including cement, coal ash powder, mineral powder), cereal, chemistry, electricity, fuel and metallurgy. 　　Production capability varies from 20t/h, 50t/h, 100t/h, 150t/h, 200t/h, 300t/h, 400t/h and 500t/h. The extension lengths of the suction arm include 12m, 16m, 18m, 20m, 25m, 30m and 35m, which are decided according to production capability and the capacities of bulk carriers. 　　Types of the product include fixed type, carrier type, car type and track type, etc. 　　Bulk discharging ship machine of anew type is pneumatic conveying equipment,which used for installed on wharf of harbor or storage place of bulk,and then conveying or discharging bulk material to bulk vehicle or ship by means of its necessary conveying equipment.The special modification for vehicle or ship used for conveying bulk is not needed. 　　Whereas environmental dredging & transporting system can be used for long distance tarnsportation of silt or ooze,which have poor liquidity,low collapsibility and high viscosity.It is applicable for a wide range of area,such as riverbed,port, lake,reservoir and seacoast etc.
